Pre-order at VOLKS Stores (*inside Japan)

  • These items are available to VOLKS members only. Please join our membership before placing a pre-order.

  • In-store pre-orders will be accepted at VOLKS Showrooms which have DD related items and Doll Point Akihabara.
    * "Akihabara Hobby Paradise" will accept pre-orders but you cannot pick up your orders there.
    * "Tenshi-no-Sato Kachu-an", "Tenshi-no-Mado Harajuku Omotesando", will not accept pre-orders, or you cannot pick up your orders there.
  • Please note that on the first day of Pre-order period / October 20th (Sat), 2018, we will start accepting pre-orders in the afternoon (Please check the details below), because congestion is expected on that day as "DD Gathering 2018" "October New Outfit Collection" will take place.

  • Please fill out an application form and submit it to VOLKS staff to place a pre-order.
  • A pre-order will be fulfilled by paying a down payment per a Dollfie Dream® / 10,000 JPY (without tax) or pre-paying the full invoice amount.
  • VOLKS points cannot be used for paying a down payment / 10,000 JPY (without tax) or pre-paying the full invoice amount.
  • There is no limit to the numbers of pre-orders you can place.
  • You may choose to pick up your order at the store where you place your pre-order, arrange to pick it up at another VOLKS store of your designation, or have it delivered to your home (shipping fee charged separately).
    The delivery to your home is only available when your order has been pre-paid in full.
  • If you choose to have your order delivered to your home, the shipping fee will be 1,000 JPY (without tax). If you order three or more Dollfie Dream®, additional shipping charges will be applied.
  • Your points will be added when the delivery is completed.
  • Please be aware that we will not accept any cancellations for these items as they are made-to-order items, and your down payment will be kept as a cancellation fee in case you cancel your order.
  • You cannot change the amount of down payment after you place a pre-order.
